Applicant Requirements for MiSHE David Chwalibog Memorial Scholarship

• Applicants must be currently working in or seeking to further their education within the healthcare facilities field, including Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, through an accredited institution.
• Only completed applications will be considered. Do not leave any items blank.
• The deadline for the 2026 MiSHE David Chwalibog Memorial Scholarship is midnight Monday, June 1, 2026. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
• The recipient will be awarded a $1,500 scholarship and a complimentary conference pass to the 2026 MiSHE Annual Conference.
