About Us
The Michigan Society for Healthcare Engineering (MiSHE) is a state affiliate chapter of American Society for Healthcare Engineering (ASHE). Within the state of Michigan, MiSHE is made up of 5 regional chapters: UP-MiSHE, NC-MiSHE, EC-MiSHE, WM-MiSHE, and SE-MiSHE.
MiSHE offers several types of membership for individuals who perform in the role of managers, facility engineer, construction manager, and other titles that embody supervisory authority within healthcare institutions. Healthcare institutions represented include: hospitals, long-term care, nursing homes, homes for the aged, medical centers, rehabilitation centers, and specialty medical centers.

MiSHE helps to distribute information and educational services to assist members with conducting their jobs. Educational events occur regularly during the year and include an Annual Conference, MiSHE Member Seminars, and Regional Chapters presentations.
