Synopsis:
Signage
in
a healthcare setting is a key component of the patient experience,
and is frequently one of the top 'experience issues' that patients
express. Designing a sign system that can be quickly and inexpensively
updated, preferably by internal staff, is the key to reducing those
complaints. What are the components of a comprehensive wayfinding
signage system? How are they designed, and who is typically involved in
this process? What are the steps, and how much cost is involved?
Finally, what are some examples of successes that you can apply to your
own facility?
Speakers:
Mark VanderKlipp, President
Shelley Steele, Vice President, Marketing
