Want to be an Exhibitor? There are three steps!
1.

Select your booth by viewing the conference floor plan. Click here to review the vendor show floor plan and select a booth.


2. Complete the Booth Registration form online. Click here for the registration form. At the end of this form you will be prompted to go to step 3.

3.

When the "Submit" button is pressed on the registration page, the next page will be payment options. You can pay online or by regular mail. Follow the instructions provided.

At the end of step 3 you will be given payment options. Lock-in your booth with your online payment.  Unpaid booths will be released after September 2nd

Booth Info:

  • Booth registration late fee is now $900 for registrations after September 2nd.

  • Booth fees include registration for up to two (2) company representatives. Additional representatives can be registered for $50 each.

  • Booth EARLY registration deadline ends at midnight, September 2nd.

  • Booth fees need to be paid at the time of registration. Unpaid booths will be released after September 2nd.

    • Late fees apply after September 3rd. Booth fee for registrations placed after September 2nd is $900.

    Payment Process:

  • Online payment options are available and encouraged. Click on “MiSHE Store” (payment is due at registration)

  • Cancellation for PAID booth registrations with full refunds can be done up to September 2nd, thereafter, half of the booth fee will be refunded until September 15th. No refunds will be given for cancellations after September 15th.

  • Cancellation for UNPAID booth registrations can be done up to September 2nd, thereafter, half of the booth fee will be charged until September 15th, after which full booth registration will be assessed.

  • Booth payments not received PRIOR to the conference date will be assessed a $50 late fee.

  • Thursday evening banquet tickets can be purchased for $38 each. Vendors are encouraged but not required to attend.


Company Representatives:

  • Each Booth Representative must register online in the Booth Rep registration form. (DO NOT REGISTER AS A PARTICIPANT)

  • Three or more representatives are charged at $50 each. These charges will include any company representative who is not a paid conference participant.

  • Checks should be made payable to MiSHE and mailed to 1620 70th Ave., Evart, MI 49631. PLEASE indicate with your check Booth # and associated costs.
