Booth registration fee of $850 includes: Conference registration and access to all conference presentations, breakfast and lunch on Thursday, one 2’ X 8’ skirted display table, one wastebasket and two chairs.

Please Note:

  1. After August 26th late registration for booths cost $900 and any unpaid booth will be available for those on a waiting list.

  4. Areas shadded in BLACK are not used.
  5. Food tables in exhibit areas are GREEN.
  6. Choose from the available booths shown on the floor plan (STEP 1)
  7. All booth sizes are APPROXIMATELY 8' x 10' (APPROXIMATELY 80 sq.ft). All are oriented so that the largest dimension is the opening to the isle. Some booths will have a larger isle opening where depth is restricted.
  8. Entry to the exhibit area will be through the Show Entrance doors at the right of the floor plan; from Grand Mountain Lodge.
  9. During the "Lunch Time Exhibitor Reception" from 11:55 AM to 3:00 PM, food and drink will be available to all exhibitors and participants.

  12. Breakdown Time: Booths in the area shaded in yellow are reserved for those vendors who desire an extended show time and must remain set up until 4:30 PM. Breakdown time for vendors in this area will be after 4:30 PM. Booths in the unshaded area are allowed to break down after the Lunch Time Exhibitor Show ends at 3:00 PM.
