Biography:
Al Juarez is a graduate of Michigan State University BA Marketing 1988 and the Thunderbird School of Global Management MBA International Finance 1990. He is currently a Sales Engineer for Technical Energy Solutions. He has been in sales for Polytorx. Al has spent the last 10 years in progressive finance and marketing management as part of the automotive industry and consumer packaged goods. Al has been an entrepreneur and business owner  for over 10 years.

Presentation Title: Airborne Infectious Disease:  Can HVAC Filtration Do Better?

Synopsis:

The discussion will focus on the three factors affecting how air is cleaned in the indoor environment, why
submicron-sized airborne pathogens are resistant to airflow and remain resident in the breathing zone, and
how controlling the behavior of fine particles allows airflow and filtration to be effective in cleaning the air
of submicron-sized airborne pathogens.
