Biography:

McManus: Jeff obtained his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Tri-State University in 1978 and received his professional engineering license in 1982.  After 8 years of structural consultation, Jeff spent 3 years with the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (now known as the Department of Environmental Quality).  Since 1989 he has been working with the Michigan Department of Public (now Community) Health in the health facility engineering section.  Jeff's responsibilities include reviewing plans and conducting opening inspections for construction/renovation and CMS related surveys  of healthcare facilities.
