Chapter Meeting:

 

  • The next meeting for the West Michigan Society of Healthcare Engineers is set for Wednesday, March 18 at 12 Noon.  It will be held in the Feltzer Center on the campus of Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo.  The Education Program will be presented by William Gordon of Coach’s Catastrophe Cleaning & Restoration Services based out of Ypsilanti, Michigan.  The program topic is Mold Remediation.

Title: Don't Let Mold Eat Away at Your Health (Facility)!

Bill Gordon of Coach's Catastrophe Cleaning & Restoration Services will talk about mold prevention strategies, how to decide when to get outside help, Standard of Care for remediation services, and contractor ethics. His presentation will include real world examples and case studies of health facility issues.

 

William Gordon has 27 years in cleaning and restoration, is an RIA Certified Restorer, and an  IICRC Master Restoration Technician. He is currently Business Development Manager for Coachs Catastrophe Cleaning.

If you are interested in joining the West Michigan Society of Healthcare Engineering, there is a yearly membership fee of $15 for Professional members and $40 for Associate members.
