Synopsis
of: Spring Event
This full-day
interactive program will cover what you need to be a leader in housekeeping and
environmental services. Leadership today requires that a person have
facilitating traits and
characteristics that promote good will, interactivity, and teamwork. In the
economy today,
working with reduced budgets and personnel is very challenging. Tightening your
belt could
lead to reduced services. Both of these topics are explored in separate talks
that are sure to
generate a lot of questions as well as insights.
Working with less chemicals and reducing
expenditures will be demonstrated. With just water,
a floor cleaning demonstration will show what can be done with an old idea
using new technology.
During the Spring Event, a short
business meeting for new and old members of MHC will be
convened. Information about MHC will be shared and new ideas entertained.
